With nearly 20 years of experience, John C. Valdez is a leading immigration attorney in the areas of employment and family based immigration law.  He dedicates himself to providing exceptional services to individuals seeking work visas and permanent resident status, businesses that need to hire foreign nationals, and investors planning to establish new companies in the United States.

John graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1995, where he earned membership in "Who's Who in American Law Students." Before law school he graduated from UCLA as an Alumni Scholar with a bachelor's degree in English.  Before leaving school, he clerked for a major immigration law firm, where he developed a passion for helping immigrants and their employers.

If you are an individual with the desire to resettle and work in the United States, John can provide you with expert advice and service.  He regularly processes individual cases, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), marriage-based petitions, and citizenship applications.  He can also assess your eligibility for benefits based on President Obama's new executive orders, such as the program for Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA).  In every case, he remains easily accessible to his clients and makes the complicated immigration process as easy as possible for them.
